Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc. (PJLA) is a reognized, full-service accreditation body with experts on staff who are Lead Auditors certified to perform ISO/IEC 7025 audits. PJLA is a member of NACLA (National Cooperation for Laboratory Accreditation), and an associate member of APLAC (Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation).
ISO/IEC 17025:2005 has replaced the 1999 edition of the standard to better align its requirements with those of ISO 9001:2000. The ISO 17025:1999 standard replaced the ISO Guide 25. The management system requirements of ISO/IEC 17025:2005 are written in a language relevant to and meeting the principles of ISO 9001:2000 and are aligned with its pertinent requirements
